It consisted of an in-depth study of organizational learning as a systemic theory of the 21st century. According to Senge, a learning organization overcomes the individual-organization dichotomy and becomes an intelligent organization that overcomes difficulties and faces new opportunities. Based on the current context of innovation, the fundamentals of organizational learning are presented, articulating with the five disciplines of the aforementioned author; as a result of the analysis work, a selection of structured readings was made for use in staff training or in courses with undergraduate students, through the application of proposed activities based on the five disciplines.
