Some new spiro -Lactam and thiazolidinone derivatives were prepared from the reaction of new heterocyclic compound with different aromatic amine to give Schiff bases followed by cycloaddition reaction with chloroacetyl chloride and/or mercaptoacetic acid to give spiro -Lactam derivatives and spiro thiazolidinone.
