NASA History of Flight

When students visit a museum -- in person or even online -- how often do you notice that they are not sure how to react to an exhibit or interpret an artifact? Through a variety of lessons, students learn the proper way to read and interpret artifacts and museum exhibits -- how to understand history and context, how to gather information, how to take away the most important lessons and move forward. Activities and reference materials focus on aviation artifacts, but the concepts can be applied to any type of exhibit or artifact that is on display.
