Murder of a President

Cairo, October 06, 1981:

President Muhammad Anwar el-Sadat of Egypt was gunned down in cold blood on that day. What nobody knew was that three innocent South Indians got entangled in that assassination!

This tale will take you back to a shocking incident in the 80s when President Anwar el-Sadat of Egypt was assassinated during a military parade in Cairo. Three Indians from Mylapore, Madras happen to be employed in erstwhile North Sudan at that time. They get sucked into the vortex of the murder. One of them is forced to do the killing! The ill-fated man escapes back to Sudan where he is tried and sentenced to be hanged. Will he die in the gallows of Sudan or will he escape his fate? Will he ever see his home again?
