Maritime Delimitation in the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean (Costa Rica v. Nicaragua) and Land Boundary in the Northern Part of Isla Portillos (Costa Rica v. Nicaragua)

These two cases were joined by an Order of 2 February 2017 and were the subject of a Judgment delivered in 2018. The documents relating to the joined case reproduced in this volume include the Application instituting proceedings, the written proceedings and the verbatim records of the public hearings.
