They are part of our collective identity. In Egypt, there are a great variety of Landscapes that are representative of different regions. These Egyptians cultural landscapes sites vary from; built heritage, river banks, oases ecosystem, spectacular mountains, and also coastal, religious and industrialized cultural landscapes. The main aim of this book is to reach a common framework of management and preservation of cultural heritage landscape sites in Egypt in order to make a valorization for such these sites. Siwa Oasis has been studied as a case by analyzing its features and constraints for development.
