There is a shocking increase in the incidence of psychiatric disorders because of violence, political instability and social changes in many of the countries (WHO 2005). In response, a variety of mental illness has been recorded like depression, substance and alcohol misuse, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Mental health problems in a developing country like Pakistan, , in the last few decades have risen an emerging level associated with the present violence in Pakistani community and disturbance in its social configuration.
