Kawai Complex 2

Kazunari is a high school student who is forced to become independent when his parents have to move for work. His new residence is in the Kawai building, run by the kind (if somewhat frightening) Sumiko. At the dorm, Usa soon discovers that he is surrounded by eccentric and perverted students. Also living there is Ritsu Kawai, with whom he falls in love at first sight and who happens to be Sumiko's relative. Surrounded by all these peculiar people, Usa will never get bored. Usa's life is never boring at the Kawai residence.
