After realizing his dream of forming a hit rock band and performing live on national television, Joe is determined to take his dream of being a teenage Rock Star to the next level. Luckily, he can count on a lot of help from his friends! Joe offers to perform at a March of Dimes fundraiser at the Civic Center in Hartford, CT and earns the respect of idol winner Kelly Clarkson, Barbara Fowler, and Erik Narwhal and the Manatees. They invite him to join them on a trip to the "Big E" to hook up with Taylor Hicks, Carrie Underwood and Jordan Sparks for unforgettable jam session. Follow Joe as he tries to keep up with the best up- and comers in the business, learning lessons, paying his dues and'seeing stars' the whole way.
