This paper discusses the problems and benefits of multinational corporations and explains their role so that they can be understood as a living and permanent part of our world, crossing and recrossing the lines between the public and private sector. Via the multinational corporation, modern technologies transcend political boundaries and bring economic benefits of raw material developments, manufacturing, services and trade stimulus to the industrialized world.
