IQ + EQ + SQ = PsyQ - The Integrally Emerging Intelligence

With these essential abilities we face, perceive and influence the world we live in. Though in varying degrees and at different developmental stages, mental intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) are inherent in all of us. The way we think, feel and believe result in the way we face and deal with our existence - a new intelligence is raising, an integrally emerging intelligence expressed in our actions, attitudes, our character and personality. Therefore, IQ + EQ + SQ = PsyQ - the psychospiritual intelligence.In this publication the authors show with an easy-to-read though scientific-based approach how to improve PsyQ with the help of the Trilogos-PsyQmethod - a method for personality training and consciousness development designed by Linda Vera Roethlisberger. Since this includes raising ethical awareness too, references are made how to foster a lived Global Ethic. For that purpose, an exercise known as guided imagery is presented in the second part of this book. The exercise is based on the so-called Trilogos-PsyQMethod and its particular intention is to support the evolving of human potential (PsyQ), more specifically, of humanity, as referred to by the first principle of the Global Ethic "Every human must be treated humanly".
