Invictus

Braden and Avaline stopped dead in their tracks when they reached the high school gymnasium. It was worse than they had anticipated. There was blood everywhere, students screaming, running desperately. And the vampire number was overwhelming. Some of them were distracted by their fresh kills, taking their time to suck every last drop of blood from them. Others were having fun terrorizing the kids. And still others were strict killers; they just wanted to kill one after the other of the poor teenagers without taking a break.
