Investigating model of logistics costs

The projects as source of data are cement projects in Indonesia within period of 2010-2018. The cement projects have characteristic as heavy projects in terms of scale and scope. It require at least 210,000 tons of materials, require 4 years to complete each of project, involving of 15,000 labors, with total funding at least Rp 4.5 trillion. This book is also equipping knowledge in scientific and empirical for reader(s) to be a great senior manager of logistics. Having footprint how to handle logistics of heavy projects well in order in precisely time and budgets.
