Labelled and invented by Tim O' Reilly and associates, Web 2.0 has become a major technology, facilitating the participation and collaboration of Internet users on social networks. It is therefore prioritized and adopted by various fields such as public health in the implementation of preventive actions. The objective of this research conducted on social networks was to determine the reported influence of COVID-19 publications on the behaviours of Internet users on social networks. This was a cross-sectional study.At the end of this work, 256 Internet users agreed to participate in this study, 66.79% were female and 32.42% male. A total of 85.93%, 93.15% of them reported that they had perceived various COVID-19 prevention messages on social networks and 83.33% had perceived a large number of messages during confinement; these messages caused a proportion of reported behavioural influence of 73.04%.At the end of this work, social networks remain a good channel for carrying out public health prevention actions because they have a positive influence on the implementation of these actions;
