In the twilight of the FCC-CACH government coalition

This book examines the issues, constraints and perspectives in a strategic dynamic between the FCC and the CACH.Indeed, this book points out that the wheel and the essence that brought the political alternation to the ballot of December 30, 2018 were enamelled with stakes between the former President of the Republic Joseph Kabila and the tandem Felix Tshisekedi, Vital Kamerhe. These are the obvious and latent stakes.In doing so, at the end of the two years of common governance, the stakes that contributed to the formation of the FCC-CACH coalition are almost facing the strategies of actors who are seeking to conquer, reposition and retain power by 2023.Moreover, between the FCC and the CACH, the author identifies the constraints of both natures, including, on the one hand, those related to the political actors in coalition and, on the other hand, those related to the divergence of political cultures between the two political camps.In addition, the author presents the short- and medium-term perspectives of the FCC-CACH coalition on the one hand, and the FCC and CACH on the other.
