»Deployment of External Staff within Agile Projects - Forms of Appearance and their Legal Classification«: In a globalized and work-sharing economy, traditional project methods are increasingly being replaced by more flexible, agile forms. As a result of these new forms of work, traditional differentiation criteria seem to be increasingly losing their sharpness when it comes to the use of external staff. The thesis is dealing with the different forms of agile project work and their contractual classification and points out practical solutions for the use of external staff.
