Equality Practice

A Yale law professor chronicles the Vermont law and the changes it brings. He refutes charges that the law is an immoral abomination or that it is a terrible compromise (a separate but unequal injustice). Similar laws have been passed all over Europe, and more US States will undoubtedly develop new legislation. He argues that we should all - in the name of liberty, equality, and simple pragmatism - take up the cause.
