Enforcement of International Criminal Court Decisions

As International court doesn't have any force of enforcement of its decisions except the forces of member parties to Rome statute it is necessary to all member countries to be binding by the strict respect of principles of judging the perpetrators of international crimes or to extradite them for to guaranty the universal jurisdiction and to fight against impunity through the world.
