Don't let the cover title deceive you. This is NOT a cook book or about cooking. Animals are living things. Plants are living things. Some kill animals for food. Some kill plants for food. You will die quicker and sooner! Thanks to the Creator for providing us plants and animals for consumption. They sacrifice their lives for you and me to live. What's the fuss about what is wrong or who is wrong eating what they want to eat or what manner chose to eat to live-freedom of choice.

Majority fights for animal rights. But few, if any at all, fight for plant rights. Why so? In the course of the book, Rev Ami outlines some phases of life and places where it is clear ignorance and prejudice in practice overshadow truth and reality of life.

The central aim of this book is to enlighten the masses on what holds true. The events in this book took place in one day with a single projection in the end.
