Internal Investigations, Interviews with Employees and nemo-tenetur Principle«This thesis on Internal Investigations focuses on the conflict between the obligations of employees to provide information in interviews and the company's transfer of this information to public prosecutors. To protect the employees' right against self-incrimination in case of companies submitting incriminating information obtained in interviews to public prosecutors, the author suggests the inadmissibility of such information in criminal proceedings against the employees.
