Using Developing Professional Skills: Evidence as a supplement to your regular casebook makes it easy to integrate skills training into the classroom. Nine exercises provide an opportunity for students to hone writing, legal research and analysis, and other practical legal skills. The exercises are intended to demonstrate how the Rules of Evidence affect different aspects of a trial lawyer's job and help students begin to develop their professional identity as attorneys.
