The course of the economic cycles that have succeeded each other in the past four decades in the international economy has been reflected in the Italian economy as it is interconnected and interdependent with the System with which it shares values.Dr Graziosi said that the narrative of economic facts if not partisan, is at least supportive of the power from time to time dominant. From this fact, the Author has proposed the ECONOMY-BASED COMMUNITIES Model, which in compliance with the principles of the UN 2030 Agenda, reinterprets its application.The new Government seems to propose a nostalgic return to values even though revised yet still obsolete, and it manifests ministerial inexperience coupled with communicative inadequacy. It also shows the pursuit of a policy of distinctiveness in the European context and beyond.
