»The Rule of Structural Homogeneity in German and Austrian Theories of Federalism. A Comparative and Historical Legal Research«This work focuses on the theoretical idea of structural (organizational) homogeneity and its constitutional normative fixation in the form of the so-called rule of homogeneity in Germany and Austria. It intends to study both the federal requirement of homogeneity in relation to the state organization in Germany and Austria in theory and in practice by showing specific federal constitutional legal regulatory form in different historical periods in these German-speaking federal states, and to give a legal evaluation of its evolution.
