Alex Jingwei He is the Associate Head of the Department of Asian and Policy Studies at the Hong Kong Institute of Education. He co-edits the Journal of Asian Public Policy. He specializes in health policy and reforms with particular reference to East Asia.Qingyue Meng is a leading expert in health policy and economics. He has widely published in prestigious journals and publishing houses. He is the Dean of School of Public Health at Peking University, Beijing, China, and a key health policy advisor to the Chinese government.
