The rapprochement of the China and Turkey, for the past decades, as a members of G20 and the UNSC, conditioned by a number of economic and political motives. China, as a permanent member of the UNSC, with its international influence and claims to gain superpower status, with powerful economic potential, huge dynamic East Asian market, and vast market for Turkish exports, attracts the attention of the Turkish leadership, seeking to strengthen the international position of Turkey both in the West and the East.
