Capacity Building of IPS Probationers

This is the research work taken up to study about the different types of training imparted to the selected Indian Police Service (IPS) Probationery officers in India. The training is imparted at Sardar Vallbhai Patel National Police Academy at different levels. The probationer officers are training indoor and outdoor. They are especially trained in use of the information technology to solve their cases.
