Shri Mataji a oferit peste trei mii de prelegeri nregistrate audio sau video n orae i sate din ntreaga lume. Fie c era o coal rural, o conferin medical sau o reuniune a angajailor Naiunilor Unite, esena mesajului su era aceeai: introspecie, nlare spiritual, pace interioar i, mai presus de toate, contientizarea sinelui adevrat. Cu iubire i sim al umorului, ea a ndrumat i a ascultat.

Aceast carte se bazeaz pe mai mult de cincizeci dintre acele discursuri i prelegeri oferite ntre anii 1975 i 2003, esute ntr-o naraiune despre viaa i evoluia noastr, precum i urmtorii pai eseniali.
