Binational Studies between Brazil and Paraguay

What are the strategies of the Paraguayan government to attract foreign investments, mainly Brazilians, for its industry? How do the cultures of Foz do Iguau and Ciudad del Este present themselves, in relation to temporality and rhythms of life? How could a change in Brazilian legislation trigger a great impact on the so-called sacoleiro circuit in Foz do Iguau?
