Today, man is completely dependent on information technology to gain a competitive edge in science and technology, education, economy, e-commerce, global trade, healthcare, defense, surveillance, cyber warfare, cyber-security, all for global dominance. Computers, the Internet, and the Internet of Things (IoT) are the central focus of these innovations. You might probably need an IoT or computing device to transmit information from a source point to another either online or offline. Most of this information is classified, as it contained vital details of people, both private and public infrastructures, and more importantly a country. Therefore, people handling such massive information should at least have basic computing skills in collecting, processing, storing, and/or transmitting or securely retrieving those vital data. Today's world is engulfed with a massive and sophisticated threat to the Internet and computing devices. A precautionary measure of such menace is to practice basic computing in the areas of computer, internet, security, and network.
