Scheffler reflector (SR) is an imperative and valuable mechanical device used for the numerous applications. The present work consists of 2.7 square meter solar scheffler reflector used for the domestic application such as an Electricity Generation. The parameters such as the position of the SR collector with respect to the sun rays, the processing timing and the water quantity are considered as an independent parameters. The parameter related with the SR performance are efficiency and Voltage obtain. The response surface methodology(RSM) was used to predict and analyze the performance of SR. The experiments were conducted based on three factors, three-level, and central composite face centered design and mathematical model was developed. The results obtained through RSM were compared with the observed performance parameters. The results show that the RSM is an easy and effective tool for modelling and analyzing the performance of any mechanical system. The presented work will help the worldwide beneficiary to used the Response Surface method (RSM) is a most efficient tool to analyze the performance and solar scheffler reflector as a mechanical device to generate an electricity.
