Child sexual abuse encompasses various forms, including sexual assault, voyeurism, pornography, and other exploitative acts involving children. This article examines India's approach to combating child sexual abuse through the implementation of a range of legal measures, with a particular focus on the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
