Most people had considered the original manuscript of Jack Torrance's fabled novel All Work and No Play lost to time-its physical existence dismissed by the masses as mere rumor or urban legend. Due to the unconventional formatting of the prose, the manuscript then underwent an exhaustive transcription process to ensure every detail of the original text was reproduced exactly as typed by Torrance in 1978.
