Administrative Law Facing the Future: Old Constraints and New Horizons is a stimulating collection of essays by a team of distinguished scholars and practitioners, introduced by the Hon. Mr Justice Stephen Sedley. The book has been constructed around the guiding themes of current debates and future developments in administrative law.
