This is a memoir of a young gymnast growing up in England in the 1980s and falling in love with the sport of gymnastics after watching the 1980 Olympics. It tells the story of the sport between 1980 and 1984 and includes many rare and exclusive photos and exclusive interviews with top gymnasts from that era including Ecaterina Szabo (Romania), Hana Ricna (CZE), Kathy Johnson (USA), Tracee Talavera (USA) and Cheryl Weatherstone (GB).
