There are two key performance measurement areas in MFI's; Social Performance: Number of clients and degree of market penetrations; Quality of service and market test of demand, and impact on clients and Client relationship and Financial Performance:Operating efficiency, Financial and portfolio condition; and future capital or subsidy requirement, but most Micro Financing Institutions were not alerted of the tools and this will help them.
