The Libertarian Nation convention is being held at Gary's college, and Gary is in charge of covering the event for his school newsppaer, The Gossip. Gary would rather do other things but chooses to do it to see firsthand the process of choosing the leader of The United States.

Gary thinks the Libertarian party doesn't have a chance, But when the first two choices are depressing, the political landscape in America could change forever.
