In Vitro Tests for Bacteriophages Against Sudanese Bacteria Species

This study was held on the in vitro tests of the bacteriophages and their bacterial hosts by screening, isolating and identifying methods.In broth media the affection of the phage interactions with their bacteria were recognised by the spectrophotometer, where the readings of the turbidity for the first and second infection showed statistical significant of E.coli samples' transmission from the anaerobic and facultative ponds P>0.05, facultative and maturation P0.05 respectively.
