Basic Community Cases

This volume of selected, leading European Community cases, is designed as as an aid to study for all students and scholars of European Community law. In addition to the cases, the author has also provided the reader with much important commentary, criticism, and guidance. Given the complexity and density of many of the judgments, this book aims to help students by offering not only insights but also instruction on the most effective way to tackle this subject generally, and the judgments specifically. Like all good case books it will not remove the necessity to read judgments, but it aims to make that task a simpler one.
